Delivery
- Free UK delivery on orders £30 and over
- Standard delivery £2.99 on orders under £30
- Estimated delivery: 2–5 working days to UK mainland
- Most orders dispatch within 1 working day
- A tracking link is emailed once dispatched
- Highlands, Islands and NI: delivery times may be longer — contact us for a quote
Returns
You can return unused items in their original packaging within 14 days of delivery for a refund.
How to return:
- Email us at aamer_doust@hotmail.com with your order number and the items you'd like to return.
- We'll reply with the return address and instructions.
- Once we receive the item in saleable condition, we'll refund to your original payment method within 5 working days.
Return postage is the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived faulty or incorrect.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please email us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo and your order number, and we'll arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.
