About us
LuxePaw is an independent UK retailer operating on an agency model. We do not manufacture or hold stock of the products listed on this site. Orders are fulfilled by our network of trusted UK and EU suppliers, who dispatch on our behalf.
Orders
Placing an order is an offer to buy. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order. A contract is formed only when we send a confirmation email.
Prices and payment
All prices are in GBP and include VAT where applicable. We accept payment via the methods shown at checkout. Prices may change at any time but will not change after we have accepted your order.
Delivery
UK delivery: free on orders £30 and over, £2.99 on orders under £30. Estimated 2–5 working days to UK mainland. See our Shipping Policy for details.
Returns and refunds
You can return unused items in original packaging within 14 days of delivery. See our Refunds & Returns page for the full process.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, LuxePaw is not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory consumer rights.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
