• A tracking link is emailed once dispatched

Returns

You can return unused items in their original packaging within 14 days of delivery for a refund.

How to return:

1. Email us at luxe-paw@outlook.com with your order number and the items you'd like to return.
2. We'll reply with the return address and instructions.
3. Once we receive the item in saleable condition, we'll refund to your original payment method within 5 working days.

Return postage is the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived faulty or incorrect.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please email us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo and your order number, and we'll arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.
